Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of their personal information.
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but your CCPA/CPRA opt-out right is preserved by law and respected here as a matter of right.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request under CCPA/CPRA. If your browser transmits the GPC signal, we treat all activity from that browser as opted-out automatically.
Confirm or submit an opt-out request
Email intel@defendmyrep.com with subject "Do Not Sell" and we will confirm your opt-out status in writing within 15 business days. No verification is required for opt-out requests under CPRA § 1798.135.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf. We will require a signed written authorization.
