DefendMyRep ("DefendMyRep", "we", "us") is a reputation defense service. This policy describes the information we collect when you use our website and engage our services.
2. The 90-second audit is anonymous by design
Quiz answers compute entirely in your browser. We do not transmit answers, posterior scores, or partial inputs to our servers. The only way we learn your score is if you choose to share it with us on a strategy call — most people do, because it makes the conversation dramatically more useful.
3. Information we collect when you contact us
- Booking a call: name, email, calendar metadata, the optional quiz parameters you carry forward in the URL.
- Email or contact form: the contents of your message and your email address.
- Engagement: only what we need to do the work — typically business and brand context, never bank or medical data unless you knowingly share it for crisis-PR purposes.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your data with adtech networks.
- We never use your engagement contents to train AI models.
- We never name a client in our marketing without explicit written approval.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a single first-party analytics cookie for aggregate page-level metrics. We do not run third-party advertising or remarketing cookies on this site. You can disable analytics in your browser at any time without losing any functionality.
6. Your rights
Under CCPA, GDPR, and similar frameworks: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email intel@defendmyrep.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Engagement information is handled under restricted access. Access is limited to assigned analysts and the engagement director on your account, with security controls reviewed as the service evolves.
8. Updates
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Updated" date above. Material changes to active engagements are sent in writing.
